By booking, you agree to all policies below. ⸻ 💕 General Service Information • All braid and loc services include a wash. • All braid services include hair. • Prices may increase depending on hair length, density, condition, or extra time required. • All services are final sale — NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ⸻ 💳 Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Remaining balance is due at your appointment. • No deposit = no appointment. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. • You have a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. ⸻ ❗ Cancellations & No Shows • Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment = deposit forfeited. • No call / no show = blocked from future bookings. • Rescheduling more than 2 times may require a new deposit. ⸻ 💇🏽‍♀️ BRAIDS POLICY • Wash is included in all braid services. • Hair is included in all braid services. 📌 Clients must come with their hair fully taken down. 🚨 If you arrive with previous braids, styles, or excessive tangling that requires takedown, a $60 takedown fee will be added to your service total. 📞 After booking, you must contact me to confirm your hair color choice. 🌸 If booking Boho braids, you must confirm the curl type and color in advance. Failure to confirm may delay your appointment. ⸻ 🔒 LOC SERVICES POLICY • Wash is included in all loc services. • Pricing may increase depending on new growth, thickness, or time since last retwist. • Please book correctly based on your last retwist date. ⸻ 👁️ CLUSTER SET POLICY • Cluster sets are a temporary lash service (typically lasts 3–7 days). • This is NOT individual lash extensions. • Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, glue, or residue. • Lash removal will result in an additional fee. • MyrasDollhouse is NOT responsible for poor retention due to improper aftercare.
